Shipping

Goods are sent by Courier or Irelands An Post package service. Provided your item is in stock we will normally dispatch your order within 1-3 business days. Deliveries within Ireland should arrive within three days of receipt of payment. Deliveries to UK, EU and US addresses should arrive within ten days of receipt of payment.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or if there is anything wrong with your order, please keep the damaged packaging as proof and notify us within seven days. We will resend the order upon receipt of the faulty goods at no further cost to you.

Orders

If the item that you have ordered is not in stock, we will inform you by e-mail and give you an indication of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If the delivery timescale is not acceptable your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of delivery, with the exception of books. If you wish to cancel your order, within seven days, please inform us by e-mail. All items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging to: -
Ger Collins, 1 Middle Stret, Galway, Ireland.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We cannot be liable for returned goods, which are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we suggest that you return the goods by recorded delivery or registered post. You can expect to receive a cheque or a credit refund will appear on your credit/debit card within thirty days of our receipt of the goods. We will not by liable for any further delivery costs, whatever the reason where the purchaser fails to take delivery at the supplied delivery address.

Payment Types Accepted

When you have decided on what you would like to purchase, proceed to our checkout where your online credit card payments may be handled securely by Realex or PayPal.
If you prefer, we are happy to take your order by phone. If you are paying by personal cheque, please note that your order will be dispatched when the cheque has been cleared, which usually takes about 1 week.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information that we collect will only be used to process your order and to facilitate communication with our Customers. We do not disclose your personal details to any third party.
